Chocolate Ganache

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g Compound Buttons 
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Melt the chocolates until smooth and mix in the cream warm, stirring occasionally. 

Tip #1: change the heavy cream amount to get the glossiness you prefer. 

Tip #2: Use milk instead of cream to get a matte looking ganache
